Annual Subscription Plans - Credits under our annual plans will not expire, and they roll over each month.
Monthly Subscription Plans - Unused credits on our monthly plans have a monthly expiration date, and they do not roll over into the next month. The one exception is the Counselor monthly plan. If you’re on the Counselor Monthly subscription plan your unused credits will roll over each month.
Pre-Paid - Pre-paid credits never expire.
