We find emails using a multi-part search algorithm which checks to match and see if a domain is valid.  It then uses different variables & combinations to find an email based on the first & last name. VoilaNorbert continues to be the most accurate in the industry because we not only check using our algorithm but we also have a large database we check against in addition to several third-party databases we also check against.
